We deliver shipping containers to homes, farms, and sites across New Zealand. Here is what to expect before, during, and after your delivery.
Delivering containers nationwide
Delivery is arranged once your container and site details are confirmed. Costs depend on distance, access, and container size, and are quoted per site. Indicative timeframes are below.
Auckland & Northland
2–4 business days
Regular delivery runs from our northern depot.
Waikato & Bay of Plenty
2–4 business days
Frequent routes through the central North Island.
Central North Island & Wellington
3–5 business days
Includes Taranaki, Manawatū, and the capital.
Canterbury & Christchurch
3–5 business days
South Island delivery via our partner transporters.
Otago & Southland
4–7 business days
Reaching Dunedin, Queenstown, and the deep south.
Rural & remote sites
On request
We will confirm access and timing for your location.
Site access
Please share any gates, slopes, driveways, or overhead wires so we can plan a safe delivery.
Placement
We position your container using a truck and hiab where access allows, or side-loader if space is tight.
Acceptance
You or a representative should be on site to confirm placement and sign off on delivery.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can my container be delivered?
Most standard containers can be delivered within a few business days of confirming your order. Custom, refrigerated, and specialised units may take longer — we will confirm timing in your quote.
Do you deliver to rural and remote locations?
Yes. We deliver across New Zealand, including rural and remote sites. Share your address and access details and we will confirm delivery and cost.
Can the container be placed exactly where I want it?
In most cases, yes. We use a truck-mounted hiab or a side-loader to position your container. If access is limited, we will discuss the best approach with you first.
Do I need to prepare the ground?
A firm, level surface is ideal. If you are unsure, talk to our team — we can advise on simple foundations or bearers to keep your container stable and well ventilated.
Is delivery included in the price?
Container prices exclude delivery, which is quoted separately based on your location, access, and container size. Your quote will show everything clearly.
